There are water sport activities on the Tagus River in Lisbon, but for an extensive choice and some of the best conditions for water sports in Europe, head towards Cascais and especially Guincho Beach.

They have a huge amount of experience and there are also few better located surfing schools in Europe, with Guincho having not only great waves and a beautiful beach, but also a lot around it to keep one busy when not surfing, such as other water sports, golf, horse riding, the Sintra Mountains and the sights and nightlife in Cascais, Estoril and Lisbon.
